The Fairfax Villa Subdivision land was purchased in 1959 and was built in five sections. It has 422 lots on 166
acres. Many of the street names in the villa are also found in Vista, California.
Fairfax Villa Elementary School was established in 1964 and is an excellent Fairfax County School. It has a 600-student
capacity and 11 acres of ground.
The Cavalier Woods Subdivision was purchased in 1971. It has 37 lots on 16 acres.
We are fortunate enough to have the Fairfax Villa Park of over 17 acres of undisturbed land just to the west of the community
providing an open oasis in the middle of Fairfax County.
